I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults navigate these challenges through a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. Using art therapy, EMDR, and other evidence-based tools, I tailor each session to meet your needs. I’m licensed in NC, TN, FL, GA, and SC, and would be honored to support your healing.
